Handle your jewelry with intention — it is crafted from fine materials and deserves mindful care.

When Wearing

Avoid wearing it during activities that may cause scratches, breakages or unnecessary strain, such as exercising, weightlifting, or swimming in chlorinated water. Also, keep your jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, hand sanitizers and hairsprays, as these can dull the surface and affect the longevity of the plating.

Remove your pieces before sleeping, showering, or washing your hands to preserve their finish.

When putting on or removing earrings and chains, do so gently — never pull or force closures, as the delicate construction of fine metals can bend or break under pressure.

Even precious metals like gold and silver can develop surface marks over time, especially when they come into contact with hard surfaces like stone, marble, or countertops. This is not a flaw, but a natural trait of the materials — a subtle record of their wear and your story.

Store your jewelry thoughtfully to preserve its beauty and craftsmanship.

When Storing

Keep your pieces in a dry, safe place — never in the bathroom, as humidity and steam can affect both the surface and the plating over time.

To prevent scratches and maintain their shine, we recommend storing each piece separately, ideally in its original heroyne pouch box or a soft-lined jewelry box.

Regular care keeps your jewelry radiant.

When Polishing

To gently clean your pieces, use a mild soap diluted in lukewarm water and a soft cloth or brush. Rinse carefully and pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth. This simple routine helps remove traces of skin oils, dust, and daily buildup — preserving the brilliance of your jewelry without damaging the surface.

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can compromise delicate finishes like gold plating. A consistent, gentle cleaning ritual is the key to long-lasting shine.
